We are in the process of Field Testing the new Jack Pyke Maxi Decoy bag on the saltmarsh and after 28 flights in the first 23 days of the 2011/12 season we are VERY impressed. I gave the bag to my, tall and athletic, 13 year old to use and in it he tends to carry 20 duck deecs, motherline and poles in the main compartment, cartridges and binos in the pockets and….the thing he likes most, his semi auto in the holder on the back that’s designed to take Hide Poles! Size wise it compares well with the bag I use and I get about 20 goose shells or 2 dozen ducks in my bag so I don’t see why you shouldn’t do that in this new bag BUT the difference is that it has side pockets for shells, binos and other essentials.

Spec’ wise it has a main compartment of about 130ltr with two really handy 7ltr zipped side pockets. The bag is in the new Wild Trees wetlands camo and made from mega durable heavy duty 600D Cordura®. It has adjustable padded shoulder straps with a grab handle at the top. It has a top flap and a drawcord closure. On the pack it has a holder for Hide Poles (which my lad has jammed his gun into) and elastic cartridge holder for 20 cartridges.
